Customers have 24 to 48 hours to exchange item(s). After 48 hours No exchanges are allowed. All item(s) that are exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was purchased and/or received with tag still intact. This means no odor of any sort, no stains, rips, snags, etc. If so, the exchange will not be granted. No exchanges or refunds on bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, accessories or white items. If you have selected shipping (not I store pick up or Uber delivery) you have 72 hours to ship back the item(s). The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Da Beauty Avenue is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect provided addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
